AHA Training

About SHHS Trainings

In partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA), Samaritan Health is committed to ensuring that medical personnel and civilians are trained in disciplines that cater to cardiovascular emergencies and basic first aid. These include receiving training and certifications in Heartsaver, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support(PALS).

This training enables medical personnel and civilians to be equipped with lifesaving knowledge and practical skills that could help support and stabilize a person in need while en route to medical services or waiting for their arrival. Upon completion of any of these courses, participants will receive a card valid for two years.

HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED

Designed for civilians/persons with no medical background.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
